I am always on a look out for healthy after school snack which kids will love to eat & which in turn also provide good nutrition. My son loves pancakes so I tried this pancake recipe with a small twist.
- 3/4th bowl Pancake mix which is roughly 1 1/2 cup (rice measuring cup). I used Krusteaz light & fluffy, you can use any.
- 4 tsp Ragi flour (nachani in marathi)
- Pinch of Jeera powder (optional)
How To Make:
Mix all the ingredients. Batter should be pancake batter consistency (usually the way you make it). Heat griddle & make pancakes. Serve hot with maple honey syrup & butter.
Tip: Make different shaped pancakes (I made heart shape) to make it fun for kids.
