Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp plain yougurt /curds
Pinch of jeera/cumin powder
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
How to Make:
Finely cut the spinach and steam it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, mix and let it stand for at least half an hour before serving. Tastes wonderful with roti or naan as well as rice.
