whole red channa ---1 cup
grated coconut---1/4 cup
salt to taste
mustard, curry leaves, red chillies
Soak channa overnight, cook it in pressure cooker. Heat oil and Season with mustard, red chilli, curry leaves in oil. Add channa, salt, coconut, stir well.
NOTE:do the same pattern with different dals.black channa,black eyed beans, moong dal, channa dal ,rajma,double beans, sprouted green gram .....for moong dal & channa dal(gram dal) no need to soak over night. soak only for 1 hr.
