Ingredients
10 fresh Bread slices
For stuffing
1 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated paneer
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 chopped green chillies
Oil for deep frying
salt to taste
a few tbsp bengal gram flour (besan). Mix it with water to as a thick paste
Method
Remove the crusts from the bread .Mix together the cabbage, paneer, coriander and green chillies, and salt .
Divide the stuffing into 10 portion .put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and roll the slice.Seal the edge with a paste made of equal quantity of gram flour and water.Deep fry in oil until golden.Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
