Garvi Gujarat's Fried Poha Chevada
My biggest peeve with
fried poha chevada packages is the fried poha powder you get at the
bottom. This is because the chevada crumbles in transit. This package
does not have that problem because the package has air in it so there is
an automatic air cushion for the chevada. The chevada tastes very
authentic and has peanuts, cashews and raisins. The spicy factor is just
right. It is not too mild and not too hot. Loved the taste and slight
flavors of saunf and jeera.
