Patra, also known as alu-wadi in Maharashtra makes a nice party appetizer. I love this frozen version for both its taste and ease of serving....just heat in the oven on low and you are set! My only concern is the amount of oil that oozes out when heated. There is a solution though - pat the heated patras in a paper towel before serving.
